I've tried everything can I do to resolve this issue, and I can't even call the support.

Same the stupid chat tells you to call support when the cell service is down. https://downdetector.ca/status/fido/ There is an outage but Fido won't admit it. I think I'm just going to get a no frills sim and change my provider

We certainly don't want you to leave the situation feeling frustrated. Presently, we are not seeing any major outages being reported: Network Help & Outages - Fido We did have an outage affecting some customers earlier in the week, but it was resolved that same day.
If you are still having issues, please try rebooting your device (power it all the way off and back on again) and that should do the trick!

Thanks but I posted this during the outage which Fido refused to awknowledge in real time.
