Can't Find the Final Payment Method

I am currently preparing to return to my home country due to a family emergency. Although my departure date has not been finalized yet, I would like to cancel my Fido service in advance as part of this transition.

I also plan to close my Canadian bank account before leaving. Therefore, I would appreciate it if you could provide information on how I can settle my final bill from outside of Canada after cancellation.

Hi @itoito , to cancel and pay your final bill, you cand do this online with a credit card on fido.ca or call into fido for best avenue to cancel and pay your final bill.
