I scheduled a call back and when in the process of trying to cancel my contract the customer service representative hung up on me and I still haven't received a call back in 30 minutes. You cannot make this up!
How can I contact Fido to complain about this? I can provide my number, account number and time called so you can identify the customer representative that hung up on my when trying to cancel my contract. I've now had to schedule another call back!
