Call me when?? It’s been two days but made appt last week to discuss payment for iPhone.

And monthly charge for service I do not use. No ability to pay phone on app?? Or cancel plane for one number or pause it on the app. No customer response via chatbot. Set up appt a week ago and waited all day Friday. It's Sunday. 
maybe best to stop paying to get a call ??

 

I have been a customer for over ten years.  Paying through the nose for basic 15 g. I will shop around. Many other companies with at least 24 hour response.
