Hi Support,

I recieved a text from Fido for 30GB bonus at 1441 but it does not appear when I log in and check offers.

Any help finding the free data bonus?

This offer is exclusively offered to specific phone numbers. Have you checked all the lines on your account to see if it's available on any of them?

I only have one phone number and one line with Fido.

I booked an appointment with a rep at 4p m today.
