I discontinued my service today and asked the representative to waive one time charges since it had not been even 15 days since the day I got my number. But, I don't know why my account is displaying full month charges instead for 14 or 15 days only. Please help me in resolving this issue.

Hi @nandish,

 

Once an account is created, the invoice is generated right away and covers your services for the entire cycle.

 

If there are any changes made to the account, whether it's a plan change or a cancellation, those changes appear on the following invoice. This includes any prorated adjustments.

 

In other words, your first invoice doesn't get adjusted right away. The final amount will be available on your next invoice, at the end of the cycle, which will also include the mention Final Bill
