I scheduled a call back but I havent gotten anything. The chatbot doesn't work and no one is responding to appointment requests. I want to cancel my account asap so I wont be charged for another month

Just stop paying your bill. You will either get a call about that real-quick or they will cancel your account, which is your goal anyway.
Support at Fido has gotten entirely useless. They used to discourage phone calls with useful Live Chat agents that could actually resolve issues. Now it's just a dumb chatbot that cannot do anything at all useful.
Shame on Fido for going in this direction. Shame on them for making customers wait days for scheduled call-backs. This is a new low in customer service for any company I have ever dealt with.

I understand people are frustrated with Fido's recent changes in contacting customer service. However, we shouldn't be careless when providing recommendations to other community members. While not paying their bills would eventually lead to the suspension of their services due to non-payment, such action would likely negatively affect their credit rating.
