Can no longer reach a live person on so called live chat..have to make an appt in order to talk to a real person..and none available on the day you call...when you phone it is the same..only get some computer AI...fido customer use to be pretty good, now it is completely awful..When you do get your call back they can't answer your questions..tell you to call back and someone might be able to answer and then tell you about some offer they have that costs you more for less..

Hi @LM2025 , I'm sorry to hear that was your experience. I agree that having an interaction with a real person usually results in resolution of most issues. Chatbots can't do what a human can. Having said that, that seems to be what we get now.

One of the reasons I switched to Fido was because of the choice of whether to chat with a real person and how easy it was to do it..I think one of their ads was to that fact..now it seems we get less customer service and yet our rates don't go down.. even when we do get the real person they say that they understand our frustration and if that person can't help you they always offer the solution to call back. And then of course you have to go through that whole chat bot thing again and then probably have to wait another 24 hours..My time is as important as those Fido execs..Do better Fido
