I have been given instructions on how to change my Fido plan, but can't find how/where to add my previous option of extended voice-mail service.

It's possible that the new plan is not compatible with your old voicemail service. You may need to select the new equivalent instead, which you should be able to see on the list of options available as you change your plan. For further assistance, I recommend contacting us here.

No visual voicemail option (nor choice of any add-on) appears when I choose the new plan. When I click on requesting further assistance, the link does not become active. Phone assistance takes forever. I am not happy with Fido cusomer service.
