Adding a new line

Hi there,

I added a new line on my account online and it stated I would get a confirmation email after I submitted my order but have not received one yet. How long should I wait for the email? How do I know if it's been processed?

The confirmation email is sent once the order is processed. If you would like to double check you can reach out to customer service.
