Add data after running out

I have run out of my data in plan, I didn’t use the data top-up.

how can I get more, because I can’t use data even to reach the maximum overage charges ?

Welcome to the community Smiley

 

When you run out of data, it's too late to add a top-up.  However, if you change your plan to a plan that would include more data than what you have now, your usage will be covered by the new plan.

The DATA Top-Ups can be added by texting DATA to 222 to add a Data Top-up. You cannot add Data Top-ups after going into data overage. They'll stay until requested otherwise. 

  • The data in your Data Top-up will show in your Fido My Account after midnight of the date you purchased it. We recommend you login to your Fido My Account at fido.ca or download the My Account app to check your usage.
  • The charge for your Monthly Data Top-up will appear in the Monthly Charges section of your bill.
