As Kapable-K has mentioned below, you would likely need to contact customer service directly regarding your matter. However, you should note that if your services were suspended due to non-payment, you'll likely need to contact the credit operations department. I understand you have already made payment. However, you should also note that if the suspension was due to non-payment, there may be a fee to restore services (see here).
Since you are currently outside of Canada, you may need to contact customer service using their From Abroad number provided by Kapable-K. As far as I am aware, calling that number from overseas would not incur roaming charges when called from your Fido SIM (see here). Though, that might not be possible given your services are suspended. Alternatively, customers should also be able to call that number collect from a landline.

This community forum is not a method of customer service; it is meant for customers like me to help each other.
You will have to contact customer service directly. They have a number you can call from abroad (514-925-4590). Fido has switched to a callback option. This might not work for you. I would suggest you try the cancel account option, and maybe someone will take the call right away. If not, you can try calling Rogers and the agents there can help with certain account-related issues.
