Last week I talked with a fido agent on the phone about returning a device...I got the callback 3 days later I asked for a callback....I had the the phone delivered via a courier as I ordered it online....I still have not received the waybill (I asked that it be sent to my email)....now time is running out as I got the device delivered on April 14....so if I phone again I likely won't get the callback in a few days based on my experience with this callback garbage..and of now my new phone heats up whenever I charge it ....I don't want to exchange, just to return it...but of course it's impossible with your new policy regarding customer service...so I am using a different phone now and put my new phone away in my drawer....so I'm stuck with a device that I'm not going to use & wind up being under a contract for & stuck paying it off.

It's too late now since I never got the waybill return label emailed to me like the agent said they would & I now only have a few days in the 30 day frame left ..so I might as well keep it & just use my other older device I was using before & put away the new device away until I pay it off in a couple of years...btw for callback it's not like the agents call you back within 30 mins it's actually about 2 or 3 days before there's a time for an option for callback....this dumb virtual assist & callback features has made customer service worst....not better....there was nothing wrong with the old customer service system & as I said before it's obvious by the other posts of customer complaints that other customers feel the same.. .I guess Fido feels it's okay to force this new system on customers.

Hi @Ash333 , sorry to hear that you're having difficulty with return on your device. Have you gone into a fido corporate store to seek assistance? I'm thinking that's your only option right now
