My 5 Free Hours Data Bytes is not working. I keep getting the error message that I'm not connected to the internet. It's activated and my data is on because I had to use it to access the internet to show that I activated the bytes. Whereas the other picture, my data is off and it shows the error message when it's actuvated. Is this a known issue right now? I'm not understanding why it's not working..

Other than the usual troubleshooting methods like, restart your device, remove and install the fido app to ensure you have the most current version, I would suggest reaching out to Fido by calling *611 and select technical support.
