10gb plan, phone only has 2gb

the plan is for 10gb a month, but my phone's data usage and the plan info on the fido app both show only 2gb available. Is this because I haven't paid the first bill yet?

When did you sign up for this plan?

It's possible that your first month only has 2 GB before your actual bill cycle begins.
