I have no internet connection and haven’t all day and cannot contact Fido even though it says 24/7 technical support. Pls help

2nd Light Flashing On Modem

Has anyone solved the issue of the second light blinking? It says on my browser that the modem didn't connect when I followed the instructions. So much for setting up internet in minutes...im an hour in and nothing is working.

Resolved! Degradation in upload speeds

So for the last week my internet upload speed has gone down from 10mbit to 1mbit.  This seems to happen during prime time hours (when everyone is home from work) I tested it in the mornings and it was fine.   I reached out to tech support, they made ...

2 way splitter woes

Hi Guys...thought I would try out the splitter that comes with Fido modem to use on my Rogers PVR..so I put incoming live into top and outgoing to modem..nothing??? So I put back like the tech did..no TV,just modem...even when I did that no internet,...
