Can't use same account when going from Fido to Rogers

Hi all, I just got a call (supposedly) from Rogers, with a promotion for a higher speed paying slightly less than what I'm paying now with Fido. My only issue is: the agent said that he needed my husband's information, because he can't open a Rogers...

Sept 25/23 - Internet Outages in Toronto

Router has power, but doesn't seem to have signal. We have been without internet since about 12:30pm today? Is there an east-Toronto outage...or just our house?

Outage since yesterday in M3C 3N4

Have been out since yesterday at around 1:30pm. Signed up for notifications and none received to date. What the hell is happening and when will it be fixed? Fido, you need to dfo better!
