Upload Speed is below 100kbps

I just got my Fido Internet and never get it working properly. Some sites are very slow, some devices don't work well and I try a lot of things described here at the forums. Reseting, hard reseting, connecting to the 5G instead of 2.4G but I finally figured out that the problem is on the upload speed.


Some services, like smart assistants, that upload voice data or that posts a lot of data, or websites that waits for some data to be posted, simply weren't working and I got a lot of timeouts.


In order to prove this theory I tested the speed and got theses results:
