Received new account confirmation and password request

Hi.  I just received emails confirming that I ordered the 150 unlimited plan and a request to set my password.  The problem is, I've been on the 150 unlimited plan for a year and already have an account and password.  The emails seem to be ligitimate (with my account number).  Is it fraud?

  I can understand how receiving such an email might be concerning. However, you should note that this is the community forum and not intended as a venue for customer services. Without access to your account, we would not be able to advise you either way. Your best option would be to call Internet Account Support. They would be able to view any activity on your account. You might also consider contacting customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
