Hi

 

I called Fido Internet at 888 236 3436 as well as on Chat and was on hold for more than 1-1/2 hour. Finally, I fed with it and cut down the phone, discontinued the chat.

Fido Internet Service is behind closed door customers do not inow how to contact them, they are very prompt in following up on Bill payments but when it comes to Service, it's absolutely rediculous.

 

It's more than a week time I am unable to talk with Fido Internet agent!!
