Myhitron mobile app not working

Does anyone use the myhitron app to control their wifi? I would love to but my app never connects to my wifi. I'd love to know what I'm doing wrong? I have the white hitron tower model: CODA-4582U. It just says application support not enabled when I try to turn it on.

Have you tried to contact Hitron directly regarding the issue? If not, you can try them here.

@FidoPhilippe  I have contacted hitron they have indicated app support is disabled by your ISP (FIDO). please help. or advise alternate solution for parental control for fido home internet.
