To whom it may concern i have recently sent back my cable modem to you via the packing slip you gave. I now have your collection agency calling saying I haven't returned it yet I have the tracking number ad the date you received it back at your warehouse could you please advise me of the total amount due without the modem.

The modem would've had to be returned within 10 days after the cancellation to avoid being charged for it, was that the case?
Also, when was it received at the warehouse based on the tracking on the courier's website? Please note that there can be a delay of a few days before the return actually gets processed on our side.
