Initially, I received a Hitron CGN3 with a damaged coaxial port which was rendered unusable. The replacement (sent by technical support) arrived today. Everything's running smoothly now thankfully. However, he didn't mention the return method for the damaged unit. Do I bring it to a Fido branch, or send it via Canada Post? The prior method would be more convenient as I don't have access to a printer. Thanks in advance.

Hey @MaRoe!
At this time our stores aren't accepting modem returns however you can definitely ship it back and you don't need to print anything out
Since you got your exchange by mail though, a return waybill should be included in the package.
If it's not there, all you need to do is contact us and we'll send you a package to return it in
If you prefer, we can also PM you here on the Community, just let us know!
