Modem received. When will service be activated?

I signed the order at Jan26 and your courrier delivered the box included modem and cords at Jan27 to my address.

When will you make connection to the system?

Hey @4277! Philippe here. Welcome to the community.

The connection should be all set for you already. You just need to plug-in the modem to your coaxial cable and follow the instruction found in the modem box to setup your Wi-Fi. That's pretty much it!
