It's almost a month that I sign up for this internet service. Registration was incomplete that make a delay in sending the modem. Now I have the modem for almost a week .need a technician to fix the coax outlet not able to talk to anyone. Not on line not on the phone......people what kind of serviceis this. I need .technician..How d I book a technician ?
