Every so often my WiFi internet will ask for login and password to access my internet. It asks for the hitron login and password. Why does it do this. No settings were change and I even power cycling the device and it still does not work.
Did reseting your modem help?

Can you reset the modem using the reset button in the back? Let us know if it's still happening after that.
It did not work I had to wait and call and the tech did a reset. This is the 2nd time this has happened
