Can a note please be added as to what the most current Production and Test firmware for the CGN3U are?
Although I joined the tril 2 weeks ago, I'm also still on 220.127.116.11T2.
As the other CGN3 routers listed have gotten updates that resolved stability/latency, it would be good to know this information specficially about CGN3U as well. Based on the other replies, clearly many people are in the same boat as myself (unsure of latest version, why we're on an old version and not updated, etc etc).
@FidoJulien I have the CGN3U modem now and the firmware version shows 18.104.22.168T12 ?? How do I update it to 22.214.171.124T2 and also be put on the list to get the new trial version? Why would all the other CGN3 modems have a more recent firmware version and not this particular version?
Updates should be pushed automatically to your modem, actually!

I have a CGN3U modem and its firmware is version 126.96.36.199T2. Per this thread the "production firmware" is now 188.8.131.52T2. I suppose this should be pushed to us automatically? Or do I still need to sign up for "trial"? If so I would like to have this new version.
184.108.40.206T2 is the firmware currently in production, so it should be the one you have. These are pushed automatically to the modem.
Can you please contact tech support at 1-888-259-3436 to see what can be done?

I just noticed there's "SW download Successful - Via NMS" timed this early morning in the log, and the firmware version is now 220.127.116.11. I suppose this was the auto update right?
Hi I'm currently having version 18.104.22.168T2 on my modem and I think the current version should be 22.214.171.124T2. Is there a way to participate the trial to receive an update? Thank you.
How do I ugrade my firmware for my router. I have the CGN3AMF router. My current firmware is 126.96.36.199T2 but I see in May 2020 at the very least, there was a new firmware update that was eventually supposedly pushed to all users.. 188.8.131.52
