220.127.116.11T4 (March 28, 2018)
UPDATE MAY 13, 2020 - we are expecting a 7.1 test build later this month with a slew of fixes.
More to come on that.
Can you provide some additional info on the old router you have? It is possible that there is an interoperability issue between the two devices but will need more info before we can confirm that is the issue.
My modem was updated with the 18.104.22.168T5 firmware yesteday midnight. From the log, it showed the firmware started to download at 11:51pm. It took about 8 minutes and then rebooted at midnight. I lost internet connection for about 3-4 minutes and that's it. So far so good. Thank you.

I'm not sure what you're referring to here, would it be possible to give us more info? Is that information you got through your VPN provider?
Also, are you using an additional router with the Hitron CGN3AMF Fido Wi-Fi Modem?
Let me know!
