This is Sunday January 24 2021 and I am  trying to find out what speed my internet is running at. And I get to the page that says click here and then click go then it keeps taking me back to the previous.  The speed test by ookla is around 12 mbs and I am supposed to have speeds of  75mbs download  and 10mbs upload.

When doing the speed test make sure you are using the ethernet connection and not WiFi.

I find that the best way to do the speed test is by way of ethernet connection using a gigabit connection.  

Using my cellphone and wireless devices, I get different result depending on the band used (2.4 or 5GHz) and the device used (iPad vs Acer Swift 1).

I get the best results using my newest iPad on the 5Ghz band at a distance of closer than 6 feet to the CGN3U modem. Doing so reports at least 150 megabits per second down and just over 15 megabits per second up (I subscribe to 150/15). The Acer Swift, shows results slower than my subscription rate even when right beside the modem (it uses only the 2.4 Ghz band.)
