The Lucky Jack contest is not working in the Fido App. I went to the Fido Xtra section and entered the contest via the button. The card with the 3 dog houses shows up but doesn't do anything when I touch, rub, tap. Trying again gives message that I've already completed today's entry. Can you fix this please.

If you see a message that mentions you already entered, it means it worked even if the animation didn't work. You should also be able to see it in the history on the app.
