The Pride celebrations turn to Halifax this weekend!
The Halifax pride parade is expected to have 150 entries and will be having Chris Cochrane as their parade ambassador. Chris has been performing drag for the past 14 years and is well known for being one of the first transgender women to star in a Canadian drama series.

Location: DND Dockyard
The Halifax Pride parade route is marked in yellow and begins at the DND Dockyard. The parade can be viewed along the route beginning from Upper Water Street and continuing onto Barrington Street, Spring Garden Road, South Park Road, and finally finishing at the Garrison Grounds, marked in pink, on Bell Road.
