2- My Account application on your phone
Pay your bill while on the go using Fido’s My Account app. It’s as easy as clicking ‘pay now’ in the My Billing section and entering your credit card information.
3- On Fido.ca
Log in toMy Accountand click “Make a payment” under the Payment Information section. You can use your debit card, credit card or pay through your bank.
Using your debit or credit card is instant, making a payment through your bank takes 4 business days.
4- Using a credit card via our Interactive Voice Response System
Call *28 from your Fido phone or 1-888-481-3436 and press * for our self-service menu.
This payment method is also instant.
5- At your financial institution
For Internet and telephone banking:
First set up your account with your financial institution by visiting their website or by calling them. Have your Fido bill handy as you’ll need your account number to register. The payee is Fido Solutions.
For payments at the ATM or teller:
This payment method is only available to customers who receive a monthly paper bill. Your printed online bill will not be accepted as it is not encoded with a payment bar at the bottom. Therefore, you will need the original bill.
The payment will be applied to your account after approximately 5 business days for Internet and telephone banking payments, and up to 10 business days for ATM and teller payments.
6- By mail
If you’re feeling old school, send us your payment by mail. We accept money orders and cheques. Check out this page for the addresses.
