Are there no live humans employed by Fido anymore? 👀
Jack- useless. Actually embarrassing, Fido...
After and endless loop with Jack, trying to reach a human being, I end up on "Contact us", then over to FB. FB's bot routes me back to Jack! 🤣 And he still insists no humans can help me! lol
Historically, one could come on the Fido website and JUST CHAT WITH A HUMAN. Then Jack was rolled out, the bouncer, who made sure you needed a human being. Whatever, fight with him for a few minutes, you could still get in. Now- there are no humans left? Short of calling and speaking to someone whose sole function is to try to upsell you? Fido all done or what? You 💩-binned internet, you 💩-binned prepaid (fun times trying to get my mother switched over, said f-it and went to Bell), do you not want to be a service provider anymore? THEN DON'T BE. There are plenty of other telcos out there who will take our money, stop halfassing everything.

There is no live chat. You cannot connect with a live agent unless you schedule an appointment, and that takes 3 days. Apparently they have done this for our convenience so we don't have to wait for 15 minutes to be connected.

Hi Anthony! Thanks for the reply- Jack, repeatedly, no matter what question you ask/option you select, how many times you say "Agent" always says no. That was today's message, last week it was "Our specialsts can't help you with this". Beyond ridiculous.
