The New Virtal Assistant is really Bad, its wrost. I am fido customer from last 4 years but am frustrated toady. If am calling why do I want to get a callback after 2 days. Why you're selling the plans and phones if you can hire some employees for customer service. I goona defiantly change to other carriers. This is terrible to handle customers like that.
