The fact that you can't actually speak to a customer service rep anymore without jumping through a million AI hoops is insane. The live chat doesn't help and it never lets you connect to a real person. No matter which option you pick it says "live chat can't help with that" what's the point? And when you call the *611 for help 90% of the time is says "I can't schedule you and appointment call back from a phone attached to your account" I'm using the only phone attached to my account to call. 

 

Useless service features, I miss when I could talk to a real person when I had issues. These are the reasons people who have been with a company for 10+ years leave.
