Hi community,
Not really surprised that Fido would discontinue their Live Chat and Phone Call Service. If you scroll down on Contact Us you can see they made a change here. You'll have to wait a hour to hear back or go to a Fido booth. I am still a Fido customer.

That's correct, we've made some changes to our customer service platforms. We're also constantly working on improving self-serve options for our customers, so most transactions can now be performed via your online account.
That said, if you do need help, our virtual assistant over Live Chat can answer many questions, but you can also schedule a call with a customer service specialist.

I tried using the virtual assistant and that was helpful. I did not decide to schedule a call with a customer service specialist.
