Fido the scam offer

may 06,2025 I order there special offer to me same as 5yrs ago. the offer was samsung s25 with airbuds... good thing is the phone is delivered but the airbuds its not there. i called them and same reason 5yrs ago out of **bleep**ing stuck all the time i called them.. carefull when they give you and special offer its scam. so im gonna return the phone and im done with fido@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

customer service help me a lot like "Im sory its out of stock" just like 5yrs ago same reason same BS...

To clarify, have you reached someone from customer service to explain the situation? 
If so, what solution was offered?
