I registered to have specialist to call me this morning. I got a text message saying it could take a little longer than my appointed time. At my appointed time I got a voice mail saying press 2 to have them call back in a few minutes. My phone didn't even ring. I got another another voice mail saying to press 2 if I needed a few more minutes I pressed 2 again my phone did not ring it went straight to voice mail. It is impossable to talk to anyone I made another appointment for them to call three days from now and gave them my house phone number. Is this the kind of service I should expect with dealing with Fido?

Yes I got a call back on my house phone, her name was Kim and was very nice and upbeat, it is to bad we have to deal with all this virtual **bleep** which is non productive, and a time waster. If the robot can not answer my question would reallyl like to have my call forwarded to a real person and not have them call me three days later.
