As i setup my credit card for auto payment, i woukd like to know the billing cycke date and your payment due date that you have, for me to be prepared and have an idea.

The more example shared is great so i know how many days till it arrives thank you

Hello again,

Your billing cycle is determined when you activated your services and does not change, even if you change your services. Generally, the billing cycle begins a few days after the activation of services. The payment due date is a specific number of days after the end date of the cycle. Since the number of days is fixed, the actual date may change since the number of days per month may vary. As mentioned below, prior to April, the payment due date was 27 days after the cycle end date. However, as of April 10, the new payment due date has been changed to 21 days.

As well, for any given billing cycle, you are charged the upcoming monthly fees as well as any overages you might have incurred during your previous month. So you are charged in advance for your monthly plan plus any usage above your allotments previous month. Since most billing cycles start within a few days after activation, first bills usually include the upcoming monthly fees as well as prorated charges for the few days before your billing cycle started.

Hope this helps 😀

Cheers

Hello Alexthegr8,

  Welcome to the community!

As far as I am aware, your credit card would be charged approximately 14 days after the monthly bill is issued (see here).

You should note that any automatic payment arrangement would take effect on your next billing cycle. If you just set up the automatic payments, you would need to manually make a payment for your current bill. In case you were not aware, Fido has changed the payment due date to 21 days after the bill date (previously 27 days) (see here).

Hope this helps 😀

Cheers
