Hello I visited one of your Fido brick and mortar locations on Woodroffe in Ottawa, I needed and new phone and data plan, the rep who I spoke with Andre was the most pleasant, informative and helpful rep I had ever spoken with he spoke both primary language s and got me everything I needed in a timely fashion, you need more people like him in your company, thank you
