wild salmon salad dip


1 cup - jarred or canned wild pacific sockeye salmon

1/2 cup - miracle whip

1/4 cup - finely chopped celery

1/4 cup - finely chopped white onion

1 tsp - french's mustard (plain)

pinch - salt & pepper


1.) drain all juices from jarred salmon, remove all skin particles (for presentation)

2.) comine all ingredients well with a fork

3.) keep refrigerated until time to serve

4.) serve with crackers, bread chips or vegetables

- As a BC (Canada) resident I can't wait to try this recipe ... even if I must source wild salmon .. for as you probably know our salmon are, sad to say, definitley endangered these days.
