Hi my phone is locked. where can i find my PUK code?

Hey @Khate !

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear that your phone is locked! No worries, you'll be able to do this right away by logging into your Fido.ca account by clicking on the Services, Mobile and when you scroll all the way at the bottom you'll see to your right a section and the option that says: Retrieve PUK code!
