Can someone please help me with my voicemail issue? I cannot access my voicemail, it is showing call failed when I dial 1 or click on the voicemail icon on my iphone. I just switched my plan to the BYOP 10gb for $60 yesterday.
I am having the same problem. Updated to the 5gb plus 5gb for 60/month plan and now have no access to voicemail. Also, when people call they don't recieve my voicemail, it just contiunes to ring and ring.

I also have the same problem. When I hold 1 I get the message to set up voicemail. I tried add number 1-416-821-6549 but I just get the error "voicemail number change unsuccessful".
It seems like during the last few days when customers changed to the promo plan, all the demand on fido's internal activation systems probably had some timeouts and the voicemail did not get provisioned during the plan change. This is usually a rare occurance because its not everyday their systems are running over capacity and over demand, so now that demand has died down, and their systems are back to normal, it should be ok to contact customer service and have the mini-voicemail re-provisioned back on your account like it should have in the first place.
