voicemail problems after switching plan

2 problems:

 

1)  on my iphone 6, after switching to another plan, voicemail button no longer works, and using the instructions to from this forum to reset using *5005*86* gets to a service, but it doesn't recognize my phone # when typed in

 

2)  on my wife's android phone, her voicemail has swtiched to french

 

We need help as support phone and chat seems to be incredibily busy!
