virgin mobile reported my phone to blacklist after swapping to fido. can i fix this

hello. i have swapped.my phone to fido from virgin, and still fully intend to pay them, i bel8eve one month has been late but they have since blacklisted my phone completely. is fido able to unblacklist?

Welcome to the community!

You will need to settle up your debt with Virgin and then get them to remove the phone from the blacklist.

Since Virgin added it to the list only they can remove it.
