I am wondering if Fido can update the "usage update" more quickly. It is always at least 12hrs after the fact.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We're always looking to improve our services for our customers.
At the moment, there can be a delay of up to 4 hours on the minutes and text usage and up to 12 hours for the data usage to be updated. There can also be a 72 hours delays before the usage summary is reset to 0 at the end of the billing cycle. (You'll see your previous month's usage before it resets to zero).
