Hi , im using a galaxy note 5 unlock from verizon ,
able to make and receive call and sms
able to browse on 3g ,but not able to access lte and send receive mms
even if i enter the lte settings that i saw on fido website.
So far only able to browse using 3g and no mms working.
Is it possible , like in the past when i was working at fido to send over the air settings.

Judging by the specifications listed on the Samsung website, that device would only have two of the compatible bands/frequencies for LTE, bands 4 and 7 (1700/2100MHz or AWS and 2600MHz, respectively). You can verify the compatible bands/frequencies here.
Had you previously been able to get LTE at your location? Is it possible your location is not covered by LTE or only covered by bands 12 or 17? You can get an idea of the bands/frequencies available from your surrounding towers here.
To clarify, your device should be using ltemobile.apn. You can verify the proper settings here.
Have you tried to enable roaming? Some devices might think they are roaming when they are not used within their intended market area, even though they use a local SIM.
