unable to change my phone number online

i have been trying to change my number online.....but am unable to....i have left several messages with FIDO with a call back number but they are not calling me back.....I am cancelling my service if I do not get a call back soon.....jeff **** toronto

When you try to change your Fido number on MyAccount, what happens exactly?

Do you get any sort of error message?
