I just cancel my spotify through fido since im going to get the family plan in spotify
i had no problem canceling the spotify and said that it was removed already
but now im trying to get into the familar plan in spotify and says that i am already with one of their partners
so, do i have to wait 24 hours until the system update??
does anyone know?? thanks

Welcome to the community
Just to confirm with you, have you cancelled your subscription by completing the steps on Fidohub.ca or by replying to a prompt received by SMS? Once your Premium subscription is removed on our end, you should be able to log in to your Spotify account and manage your membership there.
Alternatively, you can create a new Spotify username/account as a workaround.
