Trying to get plan. Last ditch effort. Waited on hold countless times to which all calls were dropped. For the last 2 hours I cant even get in the cue. Went into the store waited for an hour for them to tell me i can only do it over the phone and then tried live chat and its down. On hold with Bell (onlyone taking calls) Let me know if you can help before I cancel servivce please.
